Branding and launching a unique development at the center of the Bay Area. Housing, office and life science research are all connected by transit in an exciting new community within West Oakland. Only minutes from Downtown Oakland and the Financial District, and connecting two UC Campuses: UC Berkeley and UCSF. This will be the most dynamic new center in the Bay Area.
