Shaping a New Community with a Sense of Place
Radiant worked with the developer of this El Cerrito, California housing project to produce a brand that created a sense of place and location. Thinking of the amenities, the location, and the unique value of the property, we developed a brand that communicates value for new residents in the rapidly changing area in the East Bay Area. Radiant developed a marketing strategy targeting Gen Z tenants, expressed through naming and brand identity. We also created 3D floor plans and renderings to hone in on the features of the units.
