The Berkeley Rep was in the final stages of a complete remodel to their original Thrust Stage theater, renaming it as “Peet’s Theatre” for its key sponsor. It faces a large courtyard across from the larger Roda Theatre and they were in the process of finalizing the opening of their bar lounge, Michael’s Second Act. What was missing? A unifying signage system that could identify the Berkeley Rep complex and all the locations within. Radiant was commissioned to create a captivating and playful main sign for Peet's Theatre, as well as all the other directional signage within the complex. The result was a warm and inviting design that seamlessly guides visitors throughout the space.
